No. We provide the content extracted from the disc, as-is.

No. We are unable to transfer copyrighted DVDs and CDs such as movies from Hollywood Studios and music from famous artists. We suggest searching for a digital version to purchase.

Some older or less common software used to create the discs can render them unreadable to our machines. We are unable to transfer standard size DVDs that weren't finalized when initially created or burned.  

We will make you aware of the problematic discs and return them to you. You can then decide if you wish to invest in forensic data recovery efforts with a company offering that highly specialized service.
