To get started, you will provide us with all of the items that you'd like to digitize. Choose a delivery option that works best for you:

• In Office Drop Off: Prefer in-person service? Drop your items off at our Chicago office. Sit down and discuss your project with our staff or simply hand off your items.
• Local Courier Pick Up: Want convenience? Schedule a secure courier pickup from your doorstep. We will receive your materials the very same day.
• Shipping via UPS: If you are outside of the Chicago area or prefer to ship, use our prepaid UPS labels to send your items. We’ll notify you when they arrive and go from there.

Whichever method you choose, rest assured we will handle your items with care and communicate with you throughout the entire process.

Once we’ve received your items, we’ll review them and provide you with a free custom quote. There is no obligation to move forward, and you’ll know exactly what to expect.

Once you give us the green light, our team of experienced technicians will get to work using our state-of-the-art technology. We digitize video tapes, photos, motion picture film, discs and audio reels with the best technology to preserve every detail.

Once your memories are digitized, you can choose how you’d like to receive your digital files:

• Cloud Hosting (Recommended): For the most secure and flexible option, we recommend storing your files in the cloud. With 30 days free, you can access and share your memories anytime, from anywhere. After that, it’s an affordable rate for annual storage and protection.
• USB or External Hard Drive: Prefer local storage? We also offer USB or external hard drive delivery. For the best experience, many customers opt for both—cloud storage for long term security and sharing, and a hard copy for gifting or local storage.
